All are welcome at our library, and we do not charge a membership fee.

We have a fine-free policy. Please return items on time when you can—your neighbors will thank you.
After-Hours Returns
There is a book drop by our front entry for after-hours returns.
Borrowing Privileges
All are welcome at our library, and our library does not charge a membership fee. We raise operating costs through donations, and the town of Owls Head also contributes to those costs. Much of our programming is supported by grants.
Please make every effort to return materials to the Library on time. We do not charge a late fee for overdue materials, but we do rely on patrons to respect the interests of others. If you need extra time with a book or DVD, please let us know by calling the Library at 593-0302 or send an email to owlsheadvillagelibrary@gmail.com; we’ll gladly extend your borrowing period another two weeks.
