Patron Behavior Policy

We are fortunate to live in a friendly and kind community. To ensure a comfortable and safe environment for all, the Owls Head Village Library reserves the right to determine what constitutes disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

Patrons engaging in disruptive, inappropriate, dangerous, destructive, or illegal behavior may be asked to leave immediately and may have library privileges suspended for up to one (1) year, depending on the severity of the violation. Law enforcement may be contacted and appropriate legal action pursued when necessary.
