The Owls Head Village Library is run totally by volunteers.

Typical jobs include:

Shelving books and DVD’s, and organizing materials on the shelves or the displays.

Staffing the library during open hours.

Creating flyers, copying, and other assorted office tasks

Setting up and cleanup for book sales or other events.

Being flexible to assist the librarian in various tasks.

Special Programs: If you have a particular interest or skill you would like to contribute to the library we’d like to hear about it! Do you have expertise in computers? Grant writing? Carpentry? Handyman tasks?

We welcome your volunteer involvement whether it is one hour a week, month or year, or many hours per week, month or year.
