The Owls Head Village Library Association founded in 1927, owns and maintains the Owls Head Library. Its Board of Directors, elected annually, not only oversees the library building but plans and implements library services and programs to benefit the Owls Head community.

The OHVL provides a center for information and learning resources for the Owls Head community.  The OHVL is for learning, for a potential gathering place and to support the intellectual life of Owls Head now and in the future.  Quiet conversation is welcome in our library.  All are welcome in the OHVL.
